Pollo con Chutney de Frutas y Arroz
2 cleaned chicken breasts (without skin and bone)
2 soup spoons of olive oil
6 spoons of Fruits Chutney Pampagourmet
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes of about 1,5 cm, sauté in a frying pan with olive oil until they are cooked and add 6 spoons of Fruits Chutney Pampagourmet.Sauté this for some minutes. Boil the white rice in water. Once it is ready put it in a plate, add the chicken breasts with chutney. Serve with coriander leaves.
