Pork Ribs with Hoisin Sauce
300 grams of pork loin
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
4 tablespoons of Pampagourmet Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon of white wine (Torrontes)
2 sweet potatoes
Separate the ribs into parts. Prepare a marinade with the soya sauce, Pampagourmet hoisin sauce and the white wine, after that leave the ribs for a couple of hours and then cook them in the oven or grill.
In case during cooking the pork get dry add more marinade to the tray with little water. Boil the sweet potatoes with their skin. Once they are cooked peel them and heat them in the oven with butter and thyme. Serve with coriander leaves.
